So, what do you do?

A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and practical support to mothers during the fourth trimester. Unlike medical professionals, a doula focuses on nurturing the mother—offering guidance on newborn care, feeding support, and gentle encouragement to help you heal and adjust. Think of it as having a knowledgeable, caring companion by your side, ensuring you feel supported, confident, and never alone in your postpartum journey.

I am proudly DONA trained & I am exciting to now be working towards my DONA-certification. I am trained to provide compassionate, evidence-based postpartum support to help mothers feel nurtured, empowered, and confident in their fourth trimester.

You can find a snippet of what support is included in my sessions below. I can also support with general newborn care, integrating baby into the family/with siblings, the impact of birth on postpartum, planning for postpartum and loss & grief.

All sessions are of course tailored to you. No two mamas, or families, are the same.
